Dana brings a masterful blend of deep relaxation and therapeutic focus, customizing each session with care to meet the unique needs of every client. Her intuitive touch and attentive presence create a supportive space for true healing, making each session both restorative and effective.
Dana graduated from the Professional Medical Massage Program at the Baltimore School of Massage in 2002, and began her career working with some of the top spas and fitness facilities in the Washington, D.C. metro area. Over the years, she has continued to study extensively, obtaining certifications in Deep Tissue Neuromuscular Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Young Living Raindrop Therapy, Reiki, Chakra Balancing, Prenatal, Fertility Massage, and Canine and Equine Sports Massage. Dana also attended The National Institute of Personal Training, receiving degrees in both Personal Training and Nutritional Consulting. Dana’s foundation for her intuitive and creative bodywork sessions comes from her passionate study of the functions and systems of the human body. Her practice of combining Reflexology with Neuromuscular Trigger Point Therapy and Reiki, delivers a true overall sense of well-being. In 2015, she launched Healing Touch Studies, a continuing education program for other professional therapists. Dana is licensed in the state of Maryland and the District of Columbia. She is Nationally Board Certified, an active member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals, and Certified Professional Coach. Dana works in our Rockville office Monday through Friday.
