Maria specializes in Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Medical, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping, Acupressure, Myofascial Release, Upper Body work, and Hot/Salt Stone Massage. She enhances her sessions by incorporating therapeutic stretching to increase muscle blood flow, reduce tension, and promote deep muscular relaxation.
Dedicated to supporting her clients’ health and healing goals, Maria customizes each treatment to effectively relieve physical tension and discomfort. She is committed to continuous professional growth, regularly expanding her skills and knowledge. Maria is also fluent in Spanish.
Outside of work, Maria enjoys reading, ceramics, learning new languages, traveling, hiking, camping, mountain climbing, gardening, exercising, cooking, and spending quality time with her family. She welcomes clients at our Germantown office from Tuesday through Sunday.
